Now that you have completed onboarding, the next step is to let people in your organisation know about the amazing thing you've done. Let's create some excitement.

We understand that every organisation has it's own voice, but incase you may be struggling to find those words, here are some options.

Though Microsoft Teams

It seems like the obvious choice, Microsoft Teams is a great way to communicate to the team about Dewdropz. Here are some message examples to post in a general channel where your audience is:

Example

Hi everyone!

We've added Dewdropz to Microsoft Teams to help stay in touch and get to know each other better. Dewdropz is a bot that will randomly pair everyone in the #Dewdropz team every week and encourage them to meet for a quick ☕ chat (mention remote if your org is only remote). You can be part of this by joining the #Dewdropz team .

Enjoy!

Example 2

Have you been missing those casual 💬 with teammates? We installed a new app called Dewdropz to help us meet and bond with teammates. If you join #Dewdropz team, you'll be randomly introduced to someone each week. How you connect, whether its a 5 minute chat or an 30 minute long ☕ coffee meeting, that's up to you.

Example 3

👋 Quick heads-up that we installed an app named Dewdropz to bring us closer together! Dewdropz randomly pairs you with a teammate on Teams each week. Join #Dewdropz team to get started.

Through Email

We may receive a lot of emails but for many this is a very effective way to communicate and stay on top of what is happening in the organisation.
